Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, providing information about products and services, responding to customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide product information, including features and benefits.
  • Utilize customer service software, databases, and tools to efficiently assist customers.
  • Navigate and use relevant systems to access customer information.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Ensure the quality of service by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
