Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is on the lookout for a committed and efficient Call Center Representative. This role is vital in providing complete coverage across all sites, taking direction from management, and collaborating with senior management and field teams to swiftly address officer concerns and manage shift changes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients during alarm response calls, accurately completing incident reports, and efficiently documenting officer activities. Strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational expertise, and leadership qualities are essential for success in this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi – Reliable commuting or relocation is required.
