Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nutritionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing individualized nutrition plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough nutritional assessments.
