Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of managerial experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities: You will develop effective recruitment strategies, identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage candidate records efficiently.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess proven recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
