Job Description
We are a premier INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run 24/7, and we are looking for dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Efficiently manage service inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules for continuous service coverage.
