Job Description
EWD Tech, a premier digital solutions provider based in Faisalabad, is looking for a skilled Operational Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continual improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee operational processes, coordinate activities across departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-saving initiatives, supervise teams, develop standardized policies, and cultivate a culture focused on improvement.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs1.00 per month | Location: Faisalabad GPO | Work Location: In-person
