Job Description
Clyrex BPO is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to handle a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and assess customer needs to ensure their satisfaction. Building strong, sustainable relationships through open communication is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls
- Identify and respond effectively to customer needs
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company communication policies
- Proactively engage with customers
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer support
- Exceptional phone and communication skills
- High school diploma required
- Note: Night shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher. Pay: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
