Job Description
We are currently seeking Project Officers – HR (Males Only) to assist our HR department with employee data management and records digitization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to make a meaningful contribution to a large-scale employee records project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and maintain employee personnel files accurately.
- Organize and manage physical documents within the records room.
- Support the cleansing and uploading of employee data in ERP systems.
- Assist with document indexing and digital archiving efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (final transcript required).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
