Job Description
Company: Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This full-time position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in software or application support, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors. Familiarity with logistics software systems such as TMS, WMS, OMS, or route optimization is essential, while experience with mobile applications or handheld devices for delivery and warehouse operations would be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Candidates should possess a solid understanding of logistics workflows, order processing, and shipment tracking, along with proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and basic cloud platforms is required.
