Job Description
Finova Labs is actively seeking a driven Team Lead for Lead Generation to enhance our vibrant sales team. In this essential role, you will oversee a team dedicated to generating high-quality B2B leads that foster company growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B lead generation along with proven team leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of lead generation specialists.
- Design and implement comprehensive multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments to align strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile performance reports.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM tools.
Location: Al Raazi Road, Karachi | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
