Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant HR Executive to enhance our HR operations at IT Empire. In this vital role, you will manage recruitment processes, maintain employee records, oversee payroll, organize training programs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Manage attendance and leave policies
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Facilitate training and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 0-1 years of HR experience
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month
