Job Description
Jinglecred Digital Finance Limited is looking for a motivated Training Executive to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for our call center team. This crucial position ensures that our employees possess the skills and knowledge required to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver onboarding and skills enhancement training programs.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees and identify training needs.
- Develop training materials and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to identify and address skill gaps.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of training experience in a call center, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Location: Main IJP Road, Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month
