Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Trainee in our People Services department. As a Project Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives and projects within the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating employee training programs, and supporting the implementation of new HR policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills. A background in HR or related field is preferred, but not required. We value teamwork and a positive attitude, so collaboration and adaptability are essential qualities for this position.
