Job Description
Next Consultancy, a prominent study abroad advisory located in the UK, is actively seeking a skilled Operations Manager. This pivotal role focuses on the efficient management of our branch operations, advancing our marketing initiatives, and supporting various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily branch operations and address escalated inquiries.
- Coordinate student engagement events and oversee communications.
- Offer administrative assistance and manage strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for experience in international education.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and proficiency in video content creation.
