Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Payment Collection Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding payments, reaching out to clients regarding overdue accounts, and addressing any billing discrepancies that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a keen attention to detail. Although a background in finance or collections is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
