Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a committed Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. This position involves handling customer service inquiries from our diverse international clientele through phone and email communications.
Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, fostering reliable relationships, and adhering to established communication protocols.
We are looking for candidates with outstanding writing skills, fluency in spoken English, strong interpersonal abilities, and previous experience in international customer support is preferred. O/A Level education or higher is desirable.
This role offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 50,00, along with performance-based incentives of Rs. 10,00, in a six-day workweek.
