Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/Scrum Master. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process, tracking project progress, communicating with stakeholders, and leading project teams. The role involves building and maintaining a productive working environment, managing issues and risks, and ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and experience working in the architectural visualization and building information modeling industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners to ensure product backlog is groomed and prioritized.
- Manage the projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team is following agile methodologies and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders including local and overseas clients.
- Work with the development team in the creation of architectural visualization and building information modeling automation.
- Ability to multi-task and keep the team engaged.
- Identify and resolve any impediments or issues which are impacting team performance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in project management and scrum master roles.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills.
- Experience in architectural visualization and building information modeling industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science or architecture.
