Job Description
Grand Millennium Hotel is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will engage with customers to provide assistance and process inquiries related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English; strong computer proficiency; adept problem-solving abilities; prior customer service experience is preferred.
