Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key responsibilities encompass managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing comprehensive reports. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in an executive support role, along with proficiency in office software. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
