Job Description
Natural Club and Resort is actively looking for a poised and professional female Receptionist to join our front desk team in Lahore and Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should possess 2–3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and overseeing check-in and check-out procedures. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and front desk software, and a bachelor’s degree is a requirement for this position.
