As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ingenious Concepts, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical vision and strategy of our game development Services Department. With a deep understanding of the gaming industry and cutting-edge technologies, you will lead our technical teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality gaming experiences.
Requirements:
- An experienced tech leader with a passion for building games.
- 6+ years of proven track record building and scaling high-performing tech teams.
- In-depth knowledge of game development technologies, engines, and platforms.
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as C++, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience with multiplayer and online gaming architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse clients.
- Possess a profound understanding of the complete game development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and ongoing updates.
- Proven experience in developing scalable games, demonstrating the ability to architect systems that can handle growing user bases and evolving gameplay features.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate directly with clients. Experience in gathering client requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and offering innovative solutions.
- Willingness and ability to engage in hands-on coding, leading by example. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, and a commitment to staying technically proficient.
