Job Description
SIAR Digital is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with management for effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports on quality evaluations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance – Customer Service role.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
