Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated Customer Care Officer to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and offering support, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages
- Provide assistance with product or service inquiries
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Follow up on customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer support role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
