Job Description
Dexterz Solutions is thrilled to announce a vacancy for an HR Executive to join our onsite team in Parkview City, Lahore. We are looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This full-time position operates in alignment with US time zones, requiring work from 5 PM to 2 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes
- Post job advertisements and conduct preliminary interviews
- Work in collaboration with team leaders to identify hiring requirements
- Manage and update employee records
- Assist with employee engagement and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Outstanding communication skills
