Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Specialist. The Upwork Specialist will be responsible for handling the end-to-end process of hiring and managing freelancers for various projects on Upwork. The Upwork Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of quality work by freelancers, monitoring project progress, managing deadlines, and communicating with freelancers and clients. This role is located in Karachi.
Qualifications:
- Experience with managing Upwork projects with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build productive relationships with clients and freelancers from diverse backgrounds
- Expert ability to screen and assess freelancer skills, while making sure that candidates are the right match for client projects
- Excellent knowledge of Upwork policies, payment gateways, time-tracking tools, and project management techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Optimize Upwork profiles and Build network with the worldwide clientele.
- Win projects with compelling and tailored proposals.
- Manage projects and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven Upwork experience with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
