Job Description

HBCS is looking for a skilled Compliance Officer with expertise in UAE regulations to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set forth by the UAE Central Bank, DFSA, FSRA, and SBP. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliance policies aligned with AML, KYC, and FATF standards, as well as preparing and submitting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Additionally, the Compliance Officer will conduct training on AML policies to ensure all team members are well-informed.

Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of compliance experience in the UAE banking or fintech sectors is essential.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Rs80,00.00 per month
