Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer service team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers through voice and chat, and providing effective solutions tailored to their needs. Additionally, you will maintain organized records of conversations, manage customer accounts, and perform necessary data entry tasks.
Skills Requirement: Candidates should possess experience in an international call center, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have strong multitasking capabilities along with exceptional computer proficiency. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. The compensation range is between Rs35,00.00 and Rs40,00.00 per month.
