The ideal candidate will possess a BS or DAE in IT or Computer Science, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or Energy sectors. Key responsibilities will include delivering IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing user accounts efficiently.
