Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is looking for a committed and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Female) to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between the company and our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, complaints, order processing, and providing information about our products.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Deliver clear and accurate product/service information to assist customers effectively.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and care.
- Process orders and manage returns efficiently.
- Ensure customer records are kept up-to-date.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Location: Near NADRA Registration Centre, Faisalabad.
Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month.
