Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide outstanding service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Assist customers with product information, billing, and troubleshooting.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Salary: Rs 25,00 per month
