Job Description
Kruddson is actively seeking a dedicated Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role emphasizes the improvement of our Make-to-Order (MTO) operations. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing production processes, establishing time standards, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of customized orders while implementing layout enhancements to improve operational flexibility.
We are searching for an individual who excels in driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and quality, supporting capacity planning and adherence to safety standards.
