Role Description:
This full-time on-site role, located in Rawalpindi, is for a Relationship Manager at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, acquiring new customers, managing and retaining existing accounts, and providing customers with a comprehensive banking experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and practices
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances
- Certification in Banking is a plus
