Job Description
Call Cafe is excited to invite enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone communication.

- Conduct data entry across different platforms.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role (preferred).

- Able to work during evening and night shifts.
