Key Responsibilities:
– Address and resolve assigned customer complaints/requests promptly
– Investigate issues following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Achieve turnaround time (TAT) objectives
– Comply with all company policies
– Undertake other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum of 1 year of customer care experience
– Excellent decision-making abilities
– Proficient in MS Office applications
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 60,00/month
