Role Description
This is an on-site Sales Executive role located in DHA 2 Islamabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients through proactive business development activities. Primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, preparing proposals, presentations and sales contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to attract, negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
