Job Description
ASK Development Limited is inviting applications for the position of Helpline Agent within our reputable telecom company. We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Urdu with a neutral accent.
- Residence: Located in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 2 years is preferred.
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 plus performance-based incentives.
- Shift: Rotational shifts every month.
In this full-time role, you will manage customer inquiries, provide online support, track issues, address Network Trouble Tickets, and keep accurate records.
