Job Description
Reality One Group is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our renowned real estate sales team for a premium project in DHA Phase 6, Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, fostering client relationships, and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert prospective clients for both residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify property trends.
- Organize site visits and meetings with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
