Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. Your role includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and setting up new user accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to employees and clients through phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and updates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
