Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide outstanding technical assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for troubleshooting telecommunications issues, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, maintaining records, and keeping abreast of our product offerings.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a 3-year diploma in a relevant field. We welcome fresh graduates to apply. The ideal candidate is male, aged 32-35 years, and must own a motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
Salary: PKR 37,00/month. Job Type: Full-time
