Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Trainee. This position involves troubleshooting internet connectivity problems, managing network infrastructure, and delivering exceptional technical support to both residential and business clients.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to support tickets, diagnosing connectivity challenges, guiding customers in hardware setup, monitoring network performance, and assisting with infrastructure deployment.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area, have a solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
