This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves data entry and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
