Job Description
I&K Enterprises, renowned for its personal care brands such as Nexton and De’LESH, is seeking a Trainee Sales Data Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. This position is perfect for individuals eager to develop a career in sales coordination and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintain records and provide updates on help desk tickets.
- Guide customers on software usage and order processing.
- Document IT incidents and their resolutions.
Requirements: Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 0-1 year of experience, basic MS Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and residency in Lahore.
Compensation: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month.
