Location: Karachi – Landhi Plant
Abbott Laboratories is seeking a committed Assistant Manager Production to aid the Manager in supervising manufacturing and dispensing operations. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory standards while actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manufacturing and dispensing tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.)
- Achieve operational deadlines and optimize processes
- Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and conduct root cause analyses
- Ensure compliance with environmental safety regulations
- Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere
Qualifications: A Science Graduate/Master’s Degree (preferably Pharm D) with 3-4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office is required.
