Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after areas to maximize sales.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with clients by providing support, information, guidance, and recommending new opportunities.
- Maintain client data and update it in the company’s client database.
- Take periodic client follow-ups to address their concerns/queries and inform them about new company offers/products.
- Network with potential clients to maximize sales.
- Arrange business meetings with potential clients.
- Mature sales leads and meet monthly sales targets.
- Submit work reports on a daily basis.
- Provide comprehensive/reliable client feedback and sales closing report.
- Submit client meeting report along with progress on a daily basis.
- Assist clients in making sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintain contact with clients to discuss future business prospects.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as payment receipts, forms, and contracts.
- Accompany clients to property sites and discuss conditions of sale.
- Complete ad hoc tasks.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager or department head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in the sales industry.
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
