Job Description
Major Foods Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have a solid background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales for existing customer orders.
- Generate sales invoices for clients.
- Perform cold calls to potential new clients under a commission structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in English-speaking customer service.
- Must be skilled, committed, and fluent in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
