Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking a motivated Sales Trainer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in call center sales and team training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing training programs tailored for our sales teams in the US Campaign, with the goal of enhancing performance and achieving essential key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive sales training programs.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
- Evaluate performance metrics to determine training requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and employee training.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and call center operations.
