Nizam Son’s is a market leader within Workwear garments in Pakistan and among the prestigious manufacturers in Asia Pacific.
Role Description:
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections across production stages.
- Analyze metrics and generate management reports.
- Assess and improve production processes.
- Collaborate on corrective actions.
- Lead quality enhancement projects.
- Evaluate materials and suppliers.
- Set quality benchmarks.
- Conduct staff training on standards.
- Ensure industry compliance (e.g., ISO).
- Coordinate with sales for feedback. Investigate and resolve complaints.
- Maintain quality records.
- Participate in audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in relevant field.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Auditing experience, such as ISO 900.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to create reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative.
