Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate Customer Support Officer to become an essential part of our team located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, pricing, and availability. You will also collaborate with internal departments and perform data entry across various platforms to ensure exceptional service delivery.
To qualify, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent phone manners and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Please note that this position is open to female applicants only.
