Job Description
Meds Nexus is currently looking for a talented Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst to join our Pre-Sales department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, preferably with a North American accent. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Converting leads into loyal clients.
- Scheduling meetings through Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Preparing analytical reports and taking meeting minutes.
- Addressing customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
Qualifications required:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of US Healthcare.
