Job Description
En Route Technologies is looking for a proactive and meticulous Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Pakistan. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recruiting exceptional tech talent for various departments, including software development, quality assurance, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn.
- Review resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Facilitate technical interviews with departmental leaders.
- Establish a robust candidate pipeline.
- Manage applicant tracking databases.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, and strong communication skills.
Compensation: Up to Rs60,00.00 per month. Work Location: In-person.
